Acting on the feedback
Use feedback in Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini, apply the revised draft, and choose when to test again.
Use the findings you agree with, keep the lines that already work, and leave the rest in your own voice. Quality Check explains what to change but does not rewrite the draft for you.
Edit the draft
Open a finding and use its Revision requirements as a checklist while you rewrite.
If a Persona Reaction is still running, the document is locked until that read finishes. Quality Check itself does not lock the editor.
Revise with Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini
On a result for Current, choose Revise using feedback. The window shows two steps:
- Choose Copy revision request and paste it into the conversation that already knows your business and writing style.
- Copy the assistant’s complete reply into Paste your assistant’s full reply, then choose Apply revision.
The brief includes the tested text, problems, strengths, and any limits in the read. It asks the assistant to return the entire revised message or sequence in a format unpitch can apply. You do not need to copy each message separately.
Paste the ordinary reply, including any headings or explanation. Unpitch identifies the revised messages and subjects and imports their text into your existing document.
If the reply contains several alternatives, is incomplete, or cannot be read, the window explains what to fix and keeps your pasted reply. If Current has changed since the feedback was copied, run a fresh check before applying a revision to it.
Applying saves the previous Current in History and offers Undo. It does not start another test. Read the revised text in the canvas, then choose Re-run when you want a new verdict.
To automate the handoff, choose View integrations in the window, then connect the assistant you use. The integration can read feedback and update documents; drafting stays in your assistant.
Copy an older result
Stale results and History keep Copy all feedback. That package contains the saved version the run checked. It can help you compare drafts, but the revision window applies feedback only to the Current version it belongs to.
An older result may not support copying. If the error says to run a new check, run a fresh check. A normal clipboard failure can be retried.
Re-run after editing
Once the draft changes, the panel says Results are from the previous version. and its highlights dim. Re-run checks the current saved text and uses the price shown with the button, just like any other run.
A new run does not carry over your Not a problem choices. It creates a new snapshot and a new verdict for the current text.
If the earlier read was partial or lost findings, the panel also offers a re-run. Another run may cover more, but it is still a new read rather than a repair of the old result.
Restore an earlier version
Open the document's history and choose Use as current on the version you want. The draft you replace is saved, and Undo is available until you edit again or dismiss it.
History snapshots are read-only. You can review and copy their saved results, but runs always start from the current draft.
Mark the draft ready
Choose Mark as ready when you have finished reviewing the draft. This is your decision; it does not depend on a clean verdict. Editing the marked draft returns it to a working state.
