Your first three steps
Work through the Getting started checklist and finish your first full loop, from persona to simulated reaction.
The Getting started card in the sidebar leads you through one complete write, check, and react loop. Its progress comes from work in the workspace, so you do not tick the steps by hand.
The three steps
Create a persona. Choose the buyer whose reaction you want to see. If business research found likely roles, review those recommendations first. The step completes when the workspace has a persona.
Check a message. Open the example message, select Quality Check, and press Run. The step completes after a Quality Check finishes.
Try Simulation. Open Persona Reaction on the same message, choose the persona, and press Simulate. A Simulation costs 40 credits. The step completes after the run finishes.
On Free
Free includes Quality Check only, so on Free the card has one step: Check a message. The persona and Simulation steps stay on the card, marked with the plan that includes them, and open that plan's details. They don't count toward your progress, so your first run is complete once your first Quality Check finishes. A persona you made before your plan changed still counts.
The example message
Steps two and three use Example cold sequence when it is available. It contains a first touch and a follow-up so you can see how both tools handle a sequence.
The example is created only when the workspace has no documents at activation. If it is absent, archived, or deleted, the checklist sends you Home. Open one of your own documents and run the same steps there.
How steps tick themselves off
The checklist reads work that already exists: a persona, a finished check, and a finished Simulation. Work done before you opened the card still counts. Opening a screen without completing the action does not.
Finishing and reopening
When every step that counts is done, the card reads Your first run is complete and shows Done. That is all three steps on Lite, Plus and Pro, and the Quality Check on Free. Pressing it hides the card without changing your work. Use Getting started in the account menu to show it again while that first-run entry is available.
Progress belongs to the current workspace. Switching workspaces shows the progress recorded there.
