Reviewing what needs attention
Understand the review count, work through the queue, and choose what happens to each field.
The review queue collects knowledge that still needs your judgment: new researched values, confirmed values whose supporting context changed, and questions research could not answer.
Choosing the review scope
The sidebar badge and Needs review chip count every field waiting for review in the active workspace. The chip inside a file counts only that file. Choose the workspace-wide chip to review everything, or the file chip to stay within one file. Archived files are not included; their unfinished items return if the files are restored.
Working one item
Each item shows its file and field, the proposed value or unanswered question, and any source excerpts. The origin tells you how the value was produced:

Read inferred values carefully. When the item is a question rather than a proposed answer, decide whether you know enough to answer it or should leave the field empty.
Deciding what to keep
- Confirm keeps the proposed value and marks it reviewed.
- Correct opens the field so you can replace it. Saving your edit completes its review.
- Dismiss — leave empty clears the field and marks it reviewed.
- Skip for now leaves the item unchanged in the queue.
For an unanswered question, Answer replaces Confirm and opens the field. Dismiss changes stored data and has no undo button, so use Skip when you only want to decide later.
If the value changed while you were reviewing it, reload and review the current version.
Items that come back
A confirmed item can return when something it depends on changes. For example, a composed Positioning statement may need another look after one of its source fields changes. A reference to an archived or deleted file can also make a value stale.
The item explains why it returned. Review the changed context before confirming it again.
Leaving and returning
You can leave at any time. Confirmed, corrected, answered, and dismissed items come off the count, while skipped items remain for later.
The queue belongs to the active workspace. Switching workspaces changes both the queue and its badge.
