Plans
See which plan your organisation is on, what each of the four plans covers, and how to move between monthly and annual billing.
There are four plans: Free, Lite, Plus and Pro. Free is where every account starts. The other three are bought from one screen, and Enterprise is a conversation rather than a purchase.
Finding the plans
Open the account button at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Billing & invoices, or open Settings and pick Billing in the settings sidebar. Either lands you on the Billing tab, headed Plans and billing, with the description Your plan at a glance. Payment details, receipts, and cancellation are handled securely in Stripe.
The Current plan card names the plan you are on. Press View all plans to open the picker, headed Choose your plan.

The four plans
Free is not sold, so it has no card in the picker and no price. If your account is on it, a line under the cards reads You're on Free — 30 credits/month. That is the whole of it: a monthly credit allocation, nothing to buy or cancel.
The three paid plans each carry a one-line description on their card:
- Lite —
Recurring Quality Checks and simulation testing. - Plus —
The individual simulation workflow. - Pro —
Unlimited Researched Personas, no slot to wait on.
Prices are on the cards themselves and change with the billing period you pick.
What a plan actually includes
The paid cards carry a single feature bullet, and it is the same one on all three: First Business research run included per workspace. That is the only benefit the cards state.
Everything else your plan gives you appears as numbers on the Billing tab rather than as bullets on a card: your AI credits balance and your Included Quality Checks count. Larger plans carry a larger monthly credit allocation and a larger included check allowance, but no card lists either figure.
Monthly or annually
The segmented control at the top right of the card grid, labelled Billing period, switches between Monthly and Annually and re-prices all three cards. It opens on the period your account actually bought, which is not always Monthly. If only one period is currently available, the control is not rendered at all. Once you have bought, the Billing tab shows Billed monthly or Billed annually under the plan name.
An annual subscription does not hand you a year of credits up front. It funds twelve monthly allocations, which is why an annual account still sees a credits arriving line on the Billing tab each month.
Buying a plan
Press Choose Lite, Choose Plus or Choose Pro. The button reads Starting… while the checkout session is created, then hands off to Stripe. If it cannot start you get Could not start checkout.
When a card cannot be bought
Several things disable a purchase button, and they mean different things:
- You already have a subscription. Every card except your own is disabled, with the note
To move to a different plan, cancel the current one first, then subscribe to the new one. There is no self-serve upgrade or downgrade. Not available yetin place of a price. That card's item is missing from the catalog at the moment. It is not about your account.- You are not the organisation owner. You see
Only the organisation owner can change the plan or manage billing.and read-only cards. - A billing question is open.
New purchases are paused while we sort out a billing question on this account. Your current plan is not affected. - Payments are not set up on this deployment.
Payment management is being set up — plans will be purchasable shortly.
The Current marker is keyed to the plan and the period. On an annual Lite subscription, Current sits on the annual Lite card only; the monthly Lite card still shows its own price and is not yours.
Enterprise
At the bottom of the picker sits a panel reading Not a self-serve plan. Tell us what you need and our team will reach out. Press Contact sales to open Talk to us about Enterprise, described as Pooled usage, SSO, and custom terms. Tell us what you need and our team will reach out.
Fill in What are you looking for?. It is required — submitting it empty returns Tell us a bit about your needs.
Optionally give a number in Estimated seats (optional).
Press Send inquiry. It reads Sending…, then the dialog body is replaced with Thanks — we've got your inquiry and will be in touch shortly. and a Done button. A failure shows Could not send your inquiry.
Contact sales is open to any member of the organisation, not only the owner.
