Personal settings
Change your name, avatar and email address, manage how you sign in, and delete your account if you want to leave.
Personal settings hold the things that belong to you rather than to the workspace, as the screen itself puts it: "Manage your profile and sign-in. These settings belong to you, not the workspace." Open it from the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar, under Personal settings.
The settings screen replaces the work panel and brings its own left nav with three items, Personal, Invitations and Billing, plus a back arrow beside the Settings heading that returns you to the Playground.
There is no save button on this screen, and that is deliberate. Your name commits when the field loses focus or you press Enter, confirmed by a Saved toast. Avatar, email and Google changes commit as you make them. If a name save fails you get Could not save name and the field goes back to the last saved value, and clearing the name entirely reverts it the same quiet way rather than showing an error.
Your avatar and name
Until you set a photo you have a generated avatar. It is derived from your identity, so there is no way to shuffle it for a different one. To replace it, press Upload photo and pick a file. It applies immediately with no confirm step. Remove appears only while a photo is set and takes you back to the generated avatar.
Files must be PNG, JPEG or WebP, at 2MB or smaller. Anything else is refused with Use a PNG, JPEG, or WebP image. and anything larger with Image too large — max 2MB.
Your name is the plain text field beneath. It is what other people see next to your work.
Your email address and sign-in
The Sign-in section covers your email address and connected sign-in providers.
To change the address, press Change beside it. In the Change email dialog, type the new address and press Send confirmation link, which stays disabled until you have typed something. You then get Confirmation links sent — check your current and new inbox to finish.
The address on screen does not change yet, and it will not until both inboxes confirm. A link goes to your current address and to the new one, and the change takes effect only when both are confirmed. Abandoning either one leaves your old address in place with nothing on screen to say an attempt was made.
Below the email sits the Google row, reading Connected with the linked Google address beneath it, or Not connected. Connect or disconnect from there, and unlinking is confirmed with a Google disconnected toast.
If Google is your only way in, the disconnect button is greyed out rather than missing. Hovering it explains why: "Add another sign-in method before disconnecting Google." Add a second sign-in method first, then disconnect.
Deleting your account
The last section of the page is Danger zone, and it holds one action, Delete profile. Its warning is short: "Deletes your profile and your Individual workspace data. This cannot be undone."
Read the confirmation dialog before you go through with it. Deleting takes your profile and your individual workspace data with it, which means your projects, your messages, your Knowledge Base, your personas, and your Quality Check and Simulation results. Unused AI credits are forfeited without a refund. Legally required billing records may be kept, and backup copies expire within thirty days.
Scroll to Danger zone and press Delete profile.
Read the warning in the Delete your profile? dialog.
Type your own email address exactly into the confirmation field. The dialog's Delete profile button stays disabled until it matches.
Press Delete profile. It reads Deleting… while it runs and the dialog cannot be dismissed during it. You end up on the sign-in screen with a toast confirming your account has been deleted.
If the screen will not load
A settings tab that fails shows Couldn't load settings with the line "Something went wrong on this tab. Try again — if it persists, refresh the page." and a Try again button. The rest of the app stays usable while that is on screen, so nothing else is affected.
