Finding your way around
Use the sidebar to find documents, personas, business context, projects, and account settings.
The sidebar is the main way to move around unpitch. It also shows which workspace you are using and which documents have work in progress.
The top of the sidebar
Select the workspace name at the top to open the workspace menu. It lists every workspace you can reach and includes Invitations and Workspace settings. A number beside Invitations means an invite is waiting.
The three destinations
- Home is where you start a document and pick up the ones you were last working on.
- Personas holds the buyers you test your writing against.
- Knowledge Base holds sourced information about your business and its review queue.
The Knowledge Base count is hidden if it cannot be loaded. An absent count does not prove that the review queue is empty; open the Knowledge Base to check.
Projects and Recents
Projects lists folders and the documents filed inside them. Standalone documents do not appear in that tree; find them under Recents or from Home instead. Hover a project or document row to open its actions menu.
A pulsing dot in place of a document icon means a check or reaction is running. Open the document to see which one. A Ready chip means the current wording matches the draft you marked as ready.
The account menu
Select your name or avatar at the bottom to open the account menu. Its AI credits card shows the balance currently available to runs. If the card says the balance is unavailable, refresh before treating it as zero.
The same menu opens Getting started, Help & docs, Personal settings, Billing & invoices, and Sign out. Getting started is present only while the first-run entry remains available.
Narrow windows and the right panel
In a narrow window, use Expand navigation to open the labelled sidebar menu. The same projects, recents, and workspace controls remain available there.
On document and Knowledge Base file screens, use the header toggle or press ⌘J on macOS and
Ctrl+J elsewhere to show or hide the right panel. The browser remembers that panel state.
The Personas page works differently: choose a persona to open its detail panel. Without a selected persona, there is no right panel to show.
