Writing a document
Work on the editor canvas, name your document, and use the panel and menu that sit beside your draft.
Type or paste your draft into the new canvas, then choose Create document. The full document opens after creation, and later edits save automatically.
The canvas
The breadcrumb shows the document type and its project, if it has one. Single-body types use one writing area. Email Sequence and LinkedIn DM Sequence use ordered cards; see Building a sequence.
The title
The new canvas begins with an untitled placeholder. When you create the document, unpitch may name it from the draft. Rename it by selecting the title on the canvas or choosing Rename from the three-dot menu. Leave the field or press Enter to save. A title cannot be empty.
The panel beside your draft
The right panel opens Quality Check, Persona Reaction, and Conversion Forecast. On a new canvas, create the document before using them. Choose Create document in the panel, or in the header when the panel is closed.
Use Show assistant or Hide assistant in the header, ⌘J on macOS, or Ctrl+J elsewhere.
The browser remembers whether the panel was open.
The three-dot menu
The Actions menu in the header includes:
- Rename changes the title.
- Move to project files the document in a project. Choose No project to make it standalone.
- Mark as ready and Unmark set and clear the Ready mark. See Autosave and the Ready mark.
- Archive removes it from normal lists. Use Restore from the archive to bring it back.
- Delete permanently removes the document, its versions, and its run results after confirmation.
History appears after a test has frozen at least one snapshot. See Version history.
Check and Simulation limits
A Quality Check accepts a sequence with up to 50 cards, including blank cards, 10,000 text characters per card, and 50,000 overall. A single-body document counts as one step. Simulation uses the same limits and also accepts at most five non-empty sequence steps.
If a document was deleted or belongs to a workspace you cannot access, the page shows Document not found and Go home. If it shows Couldn't load document, choose Try again before leaving.
